“I started training at Ignite Fitness in August of last year for strength and conditioning. Clayre talked with me &got an idea of what I was looking for and we got to work. At the end of October I tore my acl and I thought I was done.
That wasn’t the end for Clayre. She went above and beyond looking on ways to keep me active and to strengthen my leg safely. She got together a prehab program and we started on it. I worked out until my surgery and got back a lot of strength before surgery.
As soon as I could drive after surgery I went back to the gym and she gave me stuff that I could handle. She’s putting so much effort into making sure I make a full recovery.
I can’t thank her enough for what she’s done for me, but I will keep on thanking her. She is one of the best trainers around. Anyone looking for a great coach and a great family to join should go directly to Ignite Fitness you won’t regret it”

Clayre is an absolute life changer! I have been with her for almost a year now. Before starting I had little fitness experience with an on and off relationship with the gym. I struggled with self image and overall mental health.
